Derivatives Lawyer (m/f)
We offer
- Negotiation and legal documentation covering the whole range of over-the-counter derivatives, securities lending and repo master agreements, respective collateral arrangements and transactions
- Direct contacts to our private and investment banking clientele worldwide such as banks, securities dealers and brokers, collective investment schemes, pension funds, hedge funds, insurance companies, corporate clients, high net worth individuals etc.
- Advising our internal stakeholders such as trading & sales, relationship managers, credit risk management, collateral management etc. in all legal / regulatory matters regarding over-the-counter derivatives, securities lending, repo, collateral arrangements and transactions
- Legal structuring of financing transactions involving complex derivatives and tailor-made collateral arrangements
You offer
- A degree in law (Bachelor, Masters, JD, LLM etc.), preferably holding a bar license
- Understanding of master netting agreements and transaction documentation pertaining to over-the-counter derivatives, securities lending and repos
- General understanding of the legal and regulatory environment applicable to transactions with our clients in the above-mentioned products
- Strong analytical and drafting ability, excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, ability to work independently
- Fluency in English and preferably in German
- Strong academic credentials
