The Finance & Risk Faculty within the UBS Business University is responsible for providing group-wide education on all aspects of financial markets including products, risk & financial control. In partnership with the UBS businesses and functions, we develop and deliver education courses on UBS products and services, which could not be obtained outside our bank. The Finance & Risk Faculty consists of professional educators located in Stamford (US), London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Zurich. Our course offerings consist of classroom training and self-study material developed mainly in-house by our Faculty. To scale the offering we work with partners from outside UBS and we increasingly work on blended learning solutions to deliver educational content.
We are recruiting a Global Education Program Manager who can help us advance our ambitious projects to create a truly global cross-divisional Finance and Risk Faculty.
The successful candidate will help us coordinate our various education offerings around the world and guarantee a smooth delivery of classroom-based, self-study and blended learning events. This role involves the oversight and sourcing of all fundamental (non-UBS specific) learning content, identifying external faculties, building and maintaining relationships with universities, business schools and financial training companies. This job requires extensive communication with all UBS business areas and locations. The role offers a challenging and fulfilling opportunity for an ambitious candidate who is keen to continue developing him/herself in the business education field, has a good understanding of the financial markets, and enjoys managing complex projects on a global scale. Responsibilities:
Professional & smooth delivery of Finance & Risk Faculty global course offering
• Coordinate the Finance Speaker program (working with a specialist teacher network). There is also potential for the right candidate to facilitate/deliver courses in Switzerland and the rest of Europe
• Identify & maintain relationships with internal UBS Faculty (UBS internal presenters & guest speakers)
• Establish and maintain relationships with universities, business schools and financial training companies mainly within Switzerland but also on a global scale
• Investigate and oversee alternative delivery methods like e-learning, virtual classrooms and blended learning programs
• Ascertain financial control for the Finance and Risk Faculty (budgeting, vendor negotiations, developing efficient solutions)
• Manage relationship with Business University Operational support functions globally and ensure effective roll out of classroom and e- trainings |
