Key Responsibilities include: Provide vision, leadership and management for a world-class Global Functions training and development organization Accountable for developing departmental bench strength. Expected to further develop potential succession candidates Protect the companies Right to Operate by ensuring GMP training regulatory requirements are met and training is always in a state of inspection readiness Develop effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders Influence senior management on project, plans, issues and recommentdations Partners with other learning network partners to design and implement integrated solutions that leverage synergies and goals across functions Decides the global training related priorities using PT prioritization principles, has direct oversight of the global training project portfolio Responsible for ensuring common and effective training infrastructure Ensure methods, tools and techniques are utilized correctly in order to maximize benefits Develop and maintain key performance indicators, including learning strategy realization, training effectiveness evaluation, and service level agreements

Proven dynamic leader with a strong legacy of relevant management experience in the adult learning, training and development, human performance technology and improvement Strong working knowledge of GMP/cGMP requirements in a Manufacturing environment Demonstrates superior knowledge of training and development demands specific to world-class operations, and possesses the vision, passion and energy to see plans through to successful implementation The ideal candidate will have a high service orientation, ability to lead a service-driven organization, foster an environment of continuous improvement to deliver synergies and efficiencies, and possess superior capability to influence and implement change across the PT learning network BA/BS degree in related field required with advanced degree preferred 15+ years of related experience in training and development field including management/leadership of virtual work teams with remote staff (13+ years with Masters, 10+ years with PhD/JD, 5+ years with MD) Travel required (estimated 40%) |
