Our Supply Management Department in Zurich is looking for a
Global Head Strategic Sourcing Technology (f/m)
We offer
- The responsibility to manage all strategic staff for given business line as well as to functionally manage and engage with regional transactional sourcing staff for given business line and associated commodities
- The possibility to represent Supply Management as a member and a trusted advisor on Global business line leadership meetings as required
- The chance to define and implement strategic sourcing plans as well as to facilitate major contract negotiations regionally and globally
- The opportunity to routinely engage with key strategic suppliers and to co-drive delivery and monitoring of Global SM leadership
- The chance to deputize for Global Head of SM and any other colleagues
- The responsibility to coach regional sourcing staff in all aspects (including technical competencies, Relationship - Management, Communication and Project Leadership)
You offer
- A graduate degree in business administration or equivalent
- Several years experience in the area of Supply Management in an international environment
- Excellent written and spoken English, German favourable
- Leadership quality: top management experience
- Profound IT knowledge
- Ability to work strategically
- Good networking skills
