As Process Technology group leader you will lead a group of senior / lead Process Engineers within Pharma Global Engineering and network globally with the Process Engineers in our Pharma production facilities and Technical Operations worldwide. In this position you will be responsible for the following area: - lead a group of senior / lead Process Engineers within Pharma Global Engineering - network globally with the Process Engineers in our Pharma production facilities and Technical Operations worldwide - promote the development of state of the art process concepts and technologies in the fields of Chemical, BioTech and Drug Product production processes and support the deployment through projects in new and existing facilities. This is done in alignment and close cooperation with related functions in Research, Development and Technical Operations - promote a performance culture with encouraging coaching, supporting your co-workers in achieving ambitious goals

For this position you bring the following qualification: reputed Engineer, with a Masters degree or PhD in Chemical, BioTech or Drug Product Engineering > 10 years experience in all fields of Process Engineering such as process design (concepts, implementation strategies), equipment layout, design and specification publications are of advantag broad Process project management know-how and experience (several projects) in leading positions with track record of increasing leadership responsibilities proven leadership skills and good references good communication skills ability to build personal relationships proficient in English, other languages are of benefit |
