To lead the deployment of the back office optimization and support operationally the implementation of the outsourcing strategy . Support regional teams to implement the global outsourcing strategy Reporting to Senior Vice President Strategic Transformation
Specific responsibilities . Review the global deployment strategy of the back office centralization . Set up implementation plan for the back office centralization . Review the outsourcing policy for administrative services . Work with the various Regions to define an overall business case . Define the regional implementation plan . Support the operational implementation of the Back Office/Shared Service Center . Monitor the progress and performance of the Shared Services Center

Good understanding of accounting and administration . Experience in working at senior management level . University degree in related field. Business Management post-graduate or executive education a plus
Skills . Superior quantitative, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential . Must be results-orientated, accurate, and client-focused . Must be a self-motivator and self-starter . Fluent in written ans spoken English . Working knowledge of MS office applications including spreadsheet and word-processing software is required, i.e Word, Excel, Outlook |
