Our PB Market Area Russia/Eastern Europe/Greece/Central Asia located in Zurich City is looking for a:
Head Business Risk Manager (f/m)
We offer
- Provide proactiv support to MA and MG Management of the off- and onshore locations in the Market Area in detecting, preventing and minimizing business risks
- Implementation and enforcement of BRM standards within the whole Market Area
- Line management and coaching a team of 6 regional BRMs
- Optimize and analyze processes (PEP, RRRP, CCR, etc)
- Prepare business for and accompany internal audits and provide support for implementation of audit recommendations
- Tailor Micos controls to the business model in collaboration with the BA BRM
- Actively support the front office in special Risk Management projects
- Monitor the key risk indicators of SBIP locations, i.e. KYC, PCW, CDB and yellow relationships
- Monitor the development of losses, provisions and legal cases
- Coordinate the complaint management, monitor the follow-up and propose operational improvements
- Liaise and establish the link between the RMs, the shared service specialists and the countries
- Serve as sparring partner and coach to front office staff
You offer
- University degree or banking apprenticeship completed with a higher education
- Several years of banking experience, preferably in a front position in Private Banking or within the legal & compliance or audit area
- Strong social and problem solving skills, focus on service and high flexibility
- Have a sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
- Fluency in English and German and ideally additional languages
- Focus on service and your entrepreneurial approach will contribute to your success in this role
