We are looking for a team head business controlling who will be responsible for location controllers in 8 European countries and who will be the finance partner for the CEO Europe Hub and the respective Business & Sales Management units. Besides providing financial analysis and consulting you will be dealing with a broad range of controlling activities, e.g. ad-hoc analysis, planning&reporting, initiative tracking etc. This role requires close co-operation with other UBS finance units and the decentralised controlling colleagues in the locations abroad.
In your new role you will be a member of the Management Committee Controlling WM Europe and a permanent guest in the Management Committee WM Europe Hub. Additionally, you will get deep insights into the financial results of UBS Wealth Management and build-up an in-depth understanding of a leading Private Bank. The role involves leadership responsibility and requires strong self management skills to ensure timely delivery of high quality controlling services to your internal clients. |

• University degree or similar in Business Administration / Controlling
• 4-5 years minimum experience in Controlling / Business Analysis
• 2-3 years leadership experience in managing teams, preferably within a global matrix organisation
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services
• Strong analytical and communication skills, structured as well as proactive work approach
• Excellent command on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in Essbase would be an advantage
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong presentational skills
