Head of a group of investment specialists leading a group of senior Mandate Specialist. In your role as a team leader and a senior investment specialist, you will act as internal owner and representative of global discretionary mandate solutions towards mostly internal clients. Clear and timely communication on all relevant aspects of these mandate solutions is the principal output of the group. A close involvement in the UBS Wealth Management investment process makes this an influential position within IPS Investment Management and towards the main stakeholders.
• You will be the ultimate mandate owner and key contact towards portfolio sales specialists, client advisors, and other stakeholders on all relevant aspects of global the different mandate offerings.
• You will be asked to maintain high transparency on IM mandate solutions providing high quality communication by delivering focused, timely, consistent and clear messages, both in spoken and written form. You will analyze and communicate strategy and portfolio developments effectively and credibly and establish systematic coverage across the different communication channels.
• Constantly at the pulse of the markets, you will closely interact with the various investment and portfolio construction teams and will achieve a deep knowledge of the different individual solution and instruments used.
• Finally, you will act as a center of competence for all inquiries on global mandates, leading also regular mandate updates, portfolio review meetings and related events. |

• University, MBA or similar
• Experience as senior investment specialist or portfolio manger with thorough experience and in-depth market know-how.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Senior role in a highly reputable investment firm.
• Several years of experience in the investment industry, institutional asset management, fund of funds or similar.
• Proactive, independent team player who can deal with pressure and is willing to take responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form; be proficient in at least two European languages.
• Working location Zurich/Opfikon, prepared to do some travelling.
