Head Structured Transactions Group (m/f)
We offer
- Managing a team of lawyers responsible for structuring, negotiating and documenting structured transactions: structured financings as well as structured OTC derivatives, stock-lending and repo transactions
- Advising trading and sales on the enforceability of transactions to be entered into with private banking clients and investment banking counterparties on a cross border basis
- Ensuring a high level of cooperation with support functions across the bank in Switzerland and abroad, especially credit, collateral management, operations, compliance and tax.
You offer
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' transaction experience in private practice and/or inhouse with focus on OTC derivatives and/or structured financings.
- At least 2 years management experience in private practice or a leading financial institution
- The role requires a motivated proactive individual who can manage a team of transaction lawyers and work closely with the structurers in the front office to develop innovative solutions for clients in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and ability to build relationships across the bank as well as with clients and market participants.
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
- Ability to deliver under pressure.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German would be an advantage.
