The Corporate Center PRA HR Analytics team's mandate is to provide Human Capital analytics and the implementation of the Core Cycle (consists of all key HR processes relating to performance, promotion, key talent and compensation) to our business. Your job as HR Business Analyst will be to provide technical expertise, analysis, reporting, planning and support in relation to a variety of areas of HR information. This is deliverable to a range of internal clients, including the most senior management at UBS. The team is located in Zurich, London, Stamford and Hong Kong.
The primary activities in this role are: • Production/automation (where possible)/enhancement of a range of regular and ad-hoc reports, ranging from headcount/turnover to reward, diversity, performance and other HR centric subjects • Involvement in developing all Corporate Center (CC)-related Core Cycle reward models (Salary, Promotion, Incentive, etc) and subsequent reporting and tracking for the CC Business Heads & line managers • Ad-hoc involvement with the other functionally aligned CC analysts and the potential to be involved in any HR projects where the candidates IT/analytical skills and experience can be well applied
