Reporting to the Project Director, the incumbent will be responsible for providing overall Integration project management to the project teams (functional and technical) to deliver the integrated solution defined in the project scope and plan.
Responsibilities Manage the validation of business and process requirements for all business streams with a cross functional view (end to end); Manage the design and construction of the solution to match the business requirements; Manage the integration of the solution during all phases from construction to production and sustain phase and ensure its integrity perticurlarly during the Region Roll out (Cluster 2,3,4); Manage the interfaces including conversion and data migration; Manage the transition and cut over activities to ensure succesful Go-live; Manage interdependencies within the project and escalate to the Project Director when necessary. |
