We are seeking our future Intercarrier Senior Manager to complete our Wholesale & MVNO Division. In this key function, you will be responsible for managing interconnect partner relationships, defining internal negotiation framework, ensuring a consistent wholesale price structure and managing projects related to inter-carrier activities.
More precisely, your tasks consists of : Leading rates and interconnect agreement negotiations with partners Ensuring internal co-ordination related to interconnect accounts (capacity adaptation, invoice sign-off, etc.) Handling interconnect account disputes Providing financial reporting on interconnect activities and following its traffic, revenue and cost development Setting negotiation framework in order to ensure a high and uniform contractual standard Ensuring the consistency and the regulatory compliancy of the wholesale rates structure Managing all projects related to inter-carrier activities Represent Orange Communications at Global Roaming & Interconnect meetings Identifying business opportunities and technical efficiencies Developing the interconnection strategy |

Holder of a university degree in economics or engineering, with proven experience in the other area At least 5 years successful role in the telecommunication business, preferably in the area of interconnection and wholesale Analytical thinking, excellent negotiation and communication skills at top management level Excellent project management skills. At ease with numbers and technical issues. Able to manage large volumes of information in a fast growing / moving environment Fluent in English and either in German or French |
