Reporting to the Manager, Human Capital Systems & Projects and to the Manager, Human Capital Service Center (HCSC), the intern will be responsible for updating data in our two main HR Systems.
Responsibilities Update both Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with the relevant information following SAP implementation; Run system audits to ensure data integrity; Review and update both Human Capital intranet and internet pages; Provide administrative support within the HC Service Centre as required; Handle employee queries and provide advice on policy, procedures and practices; Any other tasks as required. |

Pursuing a university degree in a local University in Business Administration, Computer science or equivalent in a local university; Highly computer literate; knowledge of adobe flash and sharepoint is an asset; Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a strong focus on quality and high attention to details; Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment. Excellent English skills (verbal & written), knowledge of French, Spanish or any other languages is an asset. |
