Reporting to the Quality Performance Improvement (QPI) Manager, the Intern PaQPI will be part of a creative and multicultural team and will be responsible for supporting the QPI Manager and the Assistant Manager, Operational Data & Tools Management (AODTM) in process modelling approach and data management processes.
Responsibilities Support the business teams in formalising their processes using the global methodologies Research and implement new tools for process mapping and document management. Support the System Owners to develop and communicate all necessary documentation related to their tools (user guide, etc…) Measure and report on the performance of the key operational procedures resulting in a scorecard Maintain the quality intranet pages to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date, Support the AODTM in implementing the Passenger Master Data schema establishing consistent quality checks on data, consolidating the information, validating the data processes.
