Intern, Risk Management Support
Reporting to the Manager, Audit Compliance & Risk Management (MACRM), the Intern RMS will be part of a creative and multicultural team. As a member of the Operational Performance & Industry Systems (OPIS) Unit, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the MACRM in setting up the Audit Compliance, Risk and Business Continuity Management processes for the whole IDFS division

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the MACRM, support the deployment of the Audit Compliance process within IDFS and assist the MACRM in the implementation of initiatives and campaigns in the Risk Management and Business Continuity Management areas
Responsible for the development, update and maintenance of the Risk Management intranet pages
Responsible for the regular maintenance of the IDFS risk portfolio on the Resolver*Risk application
Responsible to assist the MACRM in the development and production of guidance and training material for the Risk Champions

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (Engineering, Economics or Management)

University degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics or Management, with one year professional experience (within one year of graduation)
Knowledge of Risk Management and Audit aspects a plus

Fluency in English (French and other languages an asset), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with higher level stakeholders
