The Internal Auditor will work closely with a Senior Internal Auditor covering the same region. Position will train at the Group´s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland Travel is required
Reporting to: Corporate Audit Manager
Specific responsibilities:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the risk management, control and governance processes as well as the reliability of reporting information and ensuring that policies and standards are respected within our group.
• Identify issues after a business risk assessment and propose constructive and practical solutions to SGS management.
• Apply a proactive risk focused audit approach utilizing our paperless audit automation software.
• Execution of primarily regional missions throughout Europe and Francophone Africa, with potential involvement in global assignments |

• University degree and 2 to 4 years experience in a comparable role or with large audit firm
• Possess an internationally recognized business or financial (CPA, CIA) professional certification
• Must have international work experience and exposure, and accumulated an understanding of those countries and their business practices
• Fluency in English and French
• Detail-oriented, Structured, Organised, Pro-active, Analytical
• A hands on mentality and enjoying working in complex and challenging work environments Business oriented
• Excellent communication and writing skills
