International Internal Auditor
The Internal Auditor will perform audits independently, or together, under the guidance of an experienced Team leader. Position will train at the Group's headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Travel is required up to a maximum of 70 %. Reporting to Corporate Audit Manager

Specific responsibilities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the risk management, control and governance processes as well as the reliability of reporting information and ensuring that policies and standards are respected within our group.
• Identify issues after a business risk assessment and propose constructive and practical solutions to SGS management.
• Apply a proactive risk focused audit approach utilizing our paperless audit automation software.
• Execution of primarily regional missions throughout Europe and Francophone Africa, with potential involvement in global assignments.

• University degree and 4 to 6 years experience acquired through working at an external audit firm, complemented with some years risk based internal auditing.
• Possess an internationally recognized business or financial (CPA, CIA) professional certification
• Must have had experience and exposure to different countries in Europe / Northern Africa.
• Prefers judgemental assessments, rather than just compliance type audit work.
• Excellent communication and writing skills and fluency in English and French required. Spanish would be a
must.
