Within our department "Investment Management and Central Applications" we are looking for a
IT Service Manager (f/m)
We offer

  • Performance of Service Delivery Management activities and broker Service Delivery activities between clients and the organisation
  • Maintenance of Service Level Agreements
  • Delivery of Service Level reports to clients and management
  • Participation in project-reviews to ensure Service Delivery process compliance
  • Provide service information about costs and consumptions to clients and management organisation
  • Participation in incident review meetings upon occurred service impact
  • Maintenance of service inventory data in relevant tools

You offer

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in IT
  • 3-5 years professional experiences in an IT environment
  • ITIL Foundation certificate advantageous
  • Professional experiences in IT Service Management and Service Level Agreements
  • Fluency in German and English
