IT Service Manager (f/m)
We offer
- Performance of Service Delivery Management activities and broker Service Delivery activities between clients and the organisation
- Maintenance of Service Level Agreements
- Delivery of Service Level reports to clients and management
- Participation in project-reviews to ensure Service Delivery process compliance
- Provide service information about costs and consumptions to clients and management organisation
- Participation in incident review meetings upon occurred service impact
- Maintenance of service inventory data in relevant tools
You offer
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in IT
- 3-5 years professional experiences in an IT environment
- ITIL Foundation certificate advantageous
- Professional experiences in IT Service Management and Service Level Agreements
- Fluency in German and English
