Data Service Group Change (DSG) is a part of the Investment Banking Operations function. To further strengthen our team in Opfikon, we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst/ Change Analyst. In this role you will work within the DSG Change team, managing change requests, analysis or small projects (from analysis through to the successful implementation) as well as supporting process solutions for various business areas according to overall business priorities in the static data environment.
As Junior Business Analyst/ Change Analyst you will have to perform the following tasks:
• Interface between business and IT representatives
• Analysis of business needs, specification of business ideas or problems
• Perform ad-hoc or other analysis reports
• Testing of changes or new application parts
• Establishing requirements, support senior project staff in deliverables, priorities and deadlines
• Build long-term relationships with reliable suppliers and project manager provision of services where needed [e.g. training]
The emphasis tends to be on continuous improvement, data quality initiatives and business process re-engineering projects.
As a successful candidate you will have a focus on business analysis and testing with the potential to develop into a senior analyst or project management role in the mid term. |

• Bachelor degree or equivalent apprenticeship in Business, Economics or Commercial Informatics
• Previous experience in a Financial Services company
• Experience in business analysis, project requirement, testing and documentation
• Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrable ability to learn
• Verbal communication and presentation skills
• Good command in German and English both in oral and written manner
• Training e.g. in Business Analysis, Testing, Project Management or ITIL are welcome
• Only Swiss/EU citizen or candidates with a valid Swiss work permit may apply |
