The objective is to develop the territory by establishing face to face contacts with C-level customers and added-value resellers. This position requires a strong ability to develop business solutions. Developing marketing activities is also in the scope of the job role.
The person is responsible for generating the pipeline, managing the forecast and closing deals. Sell IBM « Lotus » portfolio to major companies in Suisse Romande. Lotus consists in leading collaboration solutions:
- Connections: Social software for business
- Communication : Unified Communication, Sametime (Instant Messaging), Quicker (Document sharing)
- Portal: Integrating composite application
- Messaging |

- Good general sales skills and experience
- Sales process management (strategic customer management):
- Build and manage pipeline
- Manage accurate forecast
- Close deals
- Ability to work in a large process driven organisation
- Candidate should be highly motivated with team spirit and high activity level
- Ability/Experience in selling solutions to Marketing and HR executives
- Experience with global software companies with understanding of sales methodology and quarterly driven business
- Knowledge of major companies in Suisse Romande |
