Reporting to the Head of Cargo Business Development and Performance, the incumbent is responsible for managing IATA cargo communication strategies and tools, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities Proposes and manages the overall Cargo Communication strategy; Manages of Cargo communication tools (web tools and resources, others); Management of Cargo newsletters; Development of key Cargo messages in alignment with Cargo goals and targets; Management of campaigns to reach out to specific stakeholder constituencies of IATA Cargo; |

University degree; Communications and or e-Commerce/e-Business background; Proven experience with working in diverser team environments; Project Management; Knowledge of IATA, IATA Cargo and IATA StB (and/or transformation initiatives); Excellent analytical skills, problem solver; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Highly motivated, with the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure; Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset. |
