Reporting to the Head of Cargo Business Development and Performance, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and supporting IATA cargo 2010 activity planning, quality improvement projects, Cargo agency settlement system (CASS) implementations in EMEA region, and supporting the organisation of the World Cargo Symposium.
