Reporting to the Director Finance, the incumbent will be responsible for running the monthly consolidation accounting and reporting cycle with SAP, as well as the annual year end close and consolidation process. This is a technical role requiring strong consolidation principles knowledge and SAP experience.
Responsibilities Responsible for managing the reporting and integrity over the IATA corporate balance sheet; Be the first point of contact to the business providing technical support as required; Manage the year end audit process and account preparation in close coordination with IATA field offices and external auditors; Responsible for ensuring the proper interim and quarterly consolidation reporting; Manage the monthly actual reporting; Act as the accounting and technical expert for any systems change projects; Any other tasks as assigned by the Director Finance.

University degree and recognized accounting qualification; At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with global (multi country and currency) consolidations; Strong technical and working knowledge of IFRS; Solid systems knowledge. SAP consolidation and excel expertise is a requirement; Outstanding communication skills in English (both, written and oral). Other languages will be an advantage; Well-developed interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environments.
