Master Data and Security Team Leader
This role encompasses the management of all system, user and master data maintenance across multiple systems. As a team leader the role and responsibility of the position is to supervise and support the system/master data administrators in their daily tasks, to control how data is maintained, documented, shared and implemented company wide and across multiple systems, as well as being responsible for providing access to systems in accordance with company policy. As a support and back-up to the Master Data team, it is expected that the Team Leader role will also encompass the same accountabilities/tasks as the master/system data administrator.

ACCOUNTABILITIES/TASKS
· Coordinate and control all activities relating to the team
· Ensure compliance with company and security policies and/or SOX requirements.
· Ownership of monthly and quarterly key controls pertaining to Master Data and User Security
· Communicate effectively with direct reports and manager
· Update processes for regularly validating the data; Co-ordination, supervision and documentation of regular data cleansing projects
· Lead the development of process improvements through introduction of appropriate work flows, data upload tools, approval processes
· Lead the development of master data dictionaries
· Develop a monitored set of organizational Data Governance metrics
· Input, review, and maintain systems master data through use of written procedures and forms ensuring standardisation and accuracy across multiple systems
· Where appropriate maintain change history of master data per established procedures and in compliance with SOX requirements
· Setup and Review of new users on Business Support Applications (including but not limited to Infinium, CSM, Island Pacific Concession, ReconNET, Vigilance) ensuring compliance with profile security requirements
· Maintain existing components of the finance and/or supply chain applications as well as setting up new job controls, and assign to group menus accordingly (again - ensuring compliance with security requirements)
· Undertake analysis and provide reports through AS400 query and/or Report Writer for clients and senior management upon request
· Assist business analysts with projects where system data updates are required
· Contribute to the on-going development of the Business Support function
· Involvement with ad hoc projects within Business Support as and when required
· Document all business and security procedures – help develop training manuals and user documentation
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 7 years +

- Computer literate - intermediate to advanced in Excel plus AS400 knowledge
- Very methodical and accurate, displaying a strong desire for high quality, with attention to detail
- Can work independently and has ability to multi task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (daily contact with all departments), with a desire to provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
- Strong team building skills
- Open to change so as to be able to improve processes and ways of working
- Fluent in English + at least 1 other European language
