Our inhouse Mergers and Aquisitions team in Zurich is looking for a:
Mergers and Acquisitions professional (f/m)
We offer
- A key role in managing non-organic growth initiatives and executing M&A transactions as principal
- Identification of acquisition opportunities for the business
- Assessment / preparation of investment proposals
- Management of due diligence processes
- Performance of financial analysis
- Structuring of M&A transaction
- Contribution to contract negotiations
- Interaction with advisors, senior management and internal functions involved in the M&A process
- Coaching/mentoring of junior team members
You offer
- 3 - 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (preferrably in financial services)
- Profound knowledge of the financial service/banking sector
- Academic degree
- Fluency in English (fluency in another European language would be an asset)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills as well as experience in financial modelling
- High motivation and teamwork
- Pro-activity and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
