Operations / Logistics Manager
Responsible for all daily operations of the Laroute Cargo Treatment Services sector. Reporting to Business Development Manager Laroute.

Specific responsibilities
•Responsible for calculation of additive treatment rates for each cargo (vessel & offshore)
•Responsible for customer base, including customer contact
•Manage a cost effective and efficient order processing and logistics process, with a strong focus on exceeding the client’s expectations.
•Manage the entire order processing and supply chain logistics activities, including: order processing & planning together with the customer; liaise with forwarders to ensure goods are dispatched without delays; implementation of corrective actions in case of non-conformance; development and implementation of continuous improvement programs in the logistics area.
•Responsible for developing and enforcing standard operating procedures to comply with all local, state and federal regulations and foreign country regulations related to shipments and transportation with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, and truckers.
•Evaluate delivery schedules and general operations and recommend service improvements or development of new deliveries.
•Ensure that all reports are completed accurately and on time
•Maintain excellent service relationships with corporate personnel, vendors, carriers team members and managers
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 10 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

•Minimum 5 years experience in oil & products inspection, quantity & quality control on sea going vessels
•Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain/ logistics in an international environment
•Experience in oil related industry
•Experience in additives, handling the dangerous goods will be an asset
•Excellent communication skills in English. Other European language will be an asset
•Excellent organization skills
•Capable of developing clear and up-to-date procedural documentation
•Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, and process multiple tasks as required
•Autonomous, self starter, resourceful
•Willing to travel (10-15%)
