Examples of current projects are: The design and implementation of global planning environment and related business processes to meet the needs of functions, project teams and the portfolio. The coordination & communication of the new R&D model. Facilitate the definition, monitoring and continuous improvement of key value chain processes and interfaces (e.g. TPP, LIP criteria, etc) Defining and aligning the transition of projects between the early and late stage development organisations. This is a small group which will need to work closely with senior level stakeholders to align and deliver on these projects
