A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, knowledge of VoIP technologies is a big plus. Experience with formal software program management, as well as a demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain is presumed. A proven record of delivering enterprise class products through one or more product cycles is preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills, a strong sense for customer empathy and the ability to work well in a team environment are very important.
Responsibilities include writing specifications, managing schedules, communicating and coordinating regularly with team members and management, soliciting user feedback and working with development and test to put ideas into production. This position offers an incredible variety of opportunities to have a great cross group impact.
The Zurich team is part of the large, Redmond based Office Communications Group - you must be comfortable to communicate and work across teams and time zones as well as to travel occasionally. |
