The unit Global Change of HR Shared Service drives Global Change Projects to build an efficient, effective market-leading HR Shared Service operating model and thereby to contribute to the profitability of UBS.
Objectives:
You will work in HR Change Shared Services Switzerland to implement legal and regulatory changes as well as UBS-internal changes with relevance to HR.. You will also be responsible for global HR projects to reach the respective objectives of Shared Service. Timely delivering to an acceptable quality standard is critical in both areas.
Main Activities:
• Drive and implement changes within Swiss labor market due to legal and regulatory amendments or due to internal regulations or modifications in processes, products or systems
• Collaboration/project lead in global HR projects e.g. the implementation of a new global HR platform, global implementation of Self-Service functionality, HR Global Data Archiving

• University degree or equivalent certificate with reference to HR
• Several years project management experience especially in leading global projects, preferably in HR
• High energy individual with drive and self initiative
• Willing to perform to a high standard and demonstrate resilience to stress
• Willing and able to work abroad on projects for short periods
• Strong interpersonal skills including confident manner with clients, external partners and vendors
• Stakeholder management experience at all levels of an organization including Senior Management
• Strong communication skills in English and German (oral and written) |
