One of ISO's activities is to promote the international harmonization of conformity assessment activities and the worldwide acceptance of the results through ISO/CASCO, its policy development committee on conformity assessment. To join our CASCO team within the ISO Central Secretariat (ISO/CS) we are currently looking for a Project Manager (100%) whose key responsibilities will be to:
* Manage various projects with assigned policy and technical groups.
* Draft the minutes for meetings.
* Prepare documentation for and organize workshops, plenaries and working group meetings.
* Provide logistical support and administrative follow-up with conference organization.
* Develop and revise standards, guides and other ISO publications.
* Manage the ISO survey.
* Contribute to the further development of the CASCO quality system.
* Edit text for ISO Online areas. |

* You have gained a few years’ experience in project management, possibly in a similar field.
* You are able to write clearly and concisely and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
* Very well organized, you are able to coordinate diverse tasks and to follow strict deadlines.
* You are keen to work as part of a team, while still being able to act independently.
* Proactive and flexible, you are eager to work within a multicultural and friendly environment.
* 3-5 years’ experience in project management.
* Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer is required.
* Knowledge of Document Management Systems (e.g. Livelink) is an asset.
* University-level education.
* Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level minimum).
* Knowledge of French is an asset.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Clear and succinct communicator, strong interpersonal skills.
* Very good in problem-solving, analysis & synthesis skills.
* Proactivity, autonomy and adaptability.
