You offer
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the Philanthropy Industry
- Good understanding of the Philanthropy Industry (Private Foundations, NGOs/Institutional Charities etc.)
- Sound knowledge about social investments/microfinance/trusts/foundations/asset management
- Profound project implementation experience
- Fresh ideas and creativity combined with a structured approach and analytical thinking
- Highly service- and goal-oriented personality
- Flexible team player
- Fluent English; all other additional languages are a plus
