Sector Head GMH (f/m)
We offer
- A challenging senior position as team leader for the engineering and support team 'Transformation Services' (currently seven employees)
- Technical overall responsibility for the life cycle management and road mapping for the use of IBM Websphere Transformation Extender (DSTX)
- Lead of the flow engineering for the IBM Message Broker and of the third level support for a SWIFT system
- Varied tasks and responsibilities concerning the migration / exit of DSTX (initiation, planning and implementation)
- Involvement in the implementation and institutionalisation of CMMI level 3 processes and standards
- Close and interesting working relationship with the corresponding business areas
You offer
- Degree in engineering / computer science or equivalent higher education
- Several years of leadership experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in project management
- Broad IT background, specifically in UNIX Solaris environments and preferably middleware systems (Oracle, monitoring, etc.)
- Fluency in English and German
- Outstanding team management and communication skills
- Drive for excellence and flexible approach
