The Credit Risk Solutions department is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Chief Credit Risk application portfolio. We develop own applications or integrate 3rd party solutions into our complex business and technical environment. We are organized along pools to best serve the different disciplines in RUP. Your main responsibility will be to provide business analysis work for the different IT projects. Furthermore testing and support services are part of your role. As an interface between the business and the IT team, you will be the primary contact person for the business for enquiries and requirements of our IT solutions.
The activities in this role will include:
• Engineering the requirements for your project, including the identification, modelling and documentation of those requirements
• Creation of Business Concept Model with major business classes, glossary defining critical business terms, use cases and business rules, navigation maps, sequence diagrams
• Translate these high-level requirements into IT functional and non-functional specifications
• Participate and support the user acceptance testing

• Several years experience as Business Engineer/Designer for complex systems/applications
(preferably based on Oracle, J2EE, Solaris)
• Capability to analyse and understand business requirements and transform them into IT specification for the development teams
• Several years experience of analysis and modelling with UML and preferably with RUP iterative development
• Experience with remote development teams (off-shoring, outsourcing) is an advantage
• Ability to integrate and participate in a small team
• German, English (written and spoken)
