Senior Program Manager Shared Services (f/m)
We offer
- The responsibility for services and solutions delivered by Business School to Shared Services (ShS) especially for building an integrated learning curriculum for ShS employees (to one client group) at all levels
- Cooperation with regional senior management of one ShS client group and Business School members in other regions to implement consisten global solutions
- Development of analytics to assess the business impact and effectiveness of deployed solutions and implementation of innovative communication strategies
- Facilitation of workshops for senior managers and specialists
- Lead of initiatives that support the aims of the Business School in the key areas of management and leadership development, performance management, talent management, strategic change and skills training
- Representation and active marketing of the Business School

- Excellent consulting, facilitation and presentation skills
