The group Project Management (PTEE-P) manages the major capital investment projects for the Pharma Division for EU and ROW and other functions within Roche. It serves as the competence center for management of large projects within Pharma Technical Operations. Your main responsibilities are: * Management of international large scale capital projects for the Roche Pharma Business * Responsible for project delivery from front-end to final acceptance by users * Responsible for project execution to quality, safety, schedule and budget * Leads large project teams of internal and contracted engineering resources |

# Master Degree or PhD in Engineering (Process, Pharmaceutical, Biochemical Engineering or equivalent) # Project management experience of large capital projects, Professional knowledge of design, qualification and commissioning of biopharmaceutical facilities # Experienced in cGMP, GEP within a international/cross-cultural environment # 10+ years in international project engineering and project management for chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical industries or equivalent # Strong leader, motivating team player, drives results, excellent communication skills # Management of diverse stakeholders in multicultural environments, pronounced conceptual way of thinking, prepared to travel and to accept international project assignment of 2-5 years # MS Office, MS Project know how # Fluent in German and English, further languages are beneficial
