Senior System Engineer Remedy (f/m
We offer
- Key responsibilities in a challenging global team environment
- Looking after the application infrastructure and the monitoring of our BMC Remedy ITSM 7 system
- Building and maintaining integrations, customizations and enhancements to our Remedy platform and the ITSM7 application
- Coordination with server infrastructure teams for infrastructure maintenance and support
- Ensuring 3rd level support of the Remedy platform, the ITSM7 application and the home grown web based Support Information Tool (SIT)
- Creating and maintaining system documentation and
- Working closely with our global team in building, implementing and maintaining the next generation roadmap of our service management tools
You offer
- Bachelor or University degree in computer science or related field
- At least 5 years of corporate IT experience
- Relational database interfacing/ SQL (Oracle) development experience
- Basic Solaris / Unix proficiency
- Script programming experience (Perl, Java, Shell) a plus
- Remedy AR System & ITSM7 experience preferred
- Quality and solution-oriented attitude
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong team player in an intercultural, globally dispersed team
- Proficiency with PC based productivity tools, including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
