To further strengthen our recruitment sourcing competence we are looking for a Regional Talent Scout for Roche Pharmaceutics Western Europe (WE).
This, in a full time, in-house capacity to support the significant recruitment demand within our priority sites in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, and the UK, and other WE affiliates. The focus will be on roles within our commercial functional areas such as Health Economics, Medical Affairs, Medical Marketing, Business Management, and Business Development.
In this highly strategic and challenging role you are our expert in building up talent pipelines for our business critical positions. Typical tasks will be:
* Identifying potential candidates by using all available candidate sources (Roche candidate pool, Web 2.0, conferences, etc.)
* Proactively contacting these potential candidates via telephone or email
* Assessing the candidates’ availability and suitability by conducting recruitment interviews
* Giving expert advice to the WE Regional HR Business Partners
* Partnering with our other Talent Scouts globally, the WE Recruiters and business departments |
