Team Coordinator (P.3)
Under the supervision of the Head of the Examination and Registration Section, the incumbent performs, in particular, the following tasks:
* manage the work of the team by ensuring equal work distribution, quality and timeliness, taking into account workload and absences;
* manage and supervise the team members, approve absences and identify staff and training needs and evaluate their performance;
* assist and advise the Head of the Examination and Registration Section in various matters and give feedback on performance;
* advise team members on complex issues that require a thorough understanding of the Madrid and Lisbon treaties and regulations and revert to the International Registrations Systems Legal Section if necessary;
* make contacts and coordinate with users and national offices, identify specific needs and make proposals to the Head of Section;
* ensure that the overall working procedures of the team comply with the requirements and objectives and make proposals to improve the effectiveness of the procedures;
* participation in various working groups on performance and other matters related to the work of the teams;
* perform other related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (business administration, management or related)
Experience: 10 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

Remuneration: 120`000 - 160`000 (Annual salary) CHF

* University degree or equivalent training or experience in business administration, management or related discipline.
* Excellent knowledge of the Madrid Agreement and protocol and the regulations thereunder.
* Excellent oral and written knowledge of English. Working knowledge of another UN working language would be an advantage.
* Proven ability to lead teams.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, mainly in a multicultural environment.
* Proven ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring a pleasant working environment for the team.
