The Role-Holder will be responsible for the success of the desk Latinoamerica based in Lugano.S/he will lead a motivated and professional group of advisors focused on Latinoamerica markets.
S/he will coach all team members in order to develop and reach a strong, market oriented team culture.
Moreover S/he will implement team processes, sales plans and best practice according to legal and compliance requirements and sales efficiency standards.

- Several years banking experience and good knowledge of managing Latinoamerica's client portfolio (proven experience in leadership would be an asset)
- Very good knowledge of UBS compliance/risk management responsibilities
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a highly committed and outgoing personality
- Very good knowledge of the economical and social Latinoamerica environment
- Excellent Spanish and English skills (Portuguese and/or national languages would be an asset)
- Good overall IT skills
