To support our Zurich OTC team we are looking for a Team Head OTC Operations. The position is situated in the OTC Operations area which is a service provider for global derivatives sales & trading. In order to support our business partners we handle and monitor all trade settlements and manage the associated risks on a day to day basis. To achieve this we work in close cooperation with internal (sales & trading desks, UBS Wealth Management, BUC, etc.) as well as external (client advisors, brokers and banks) stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Risk Manager for the settlement processes
• Lead an experienced team of specialists
• Point of contact and escalation for queries from trading, client advisors and other banks
• Risk reduction and support of Six Sigma quality standards through proactive process control and improvement.
• Management of existing and new projects and initiatives in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• Representation of the OTC Zurich team in local and global working groups and initiatives. |

• Commercial background preferable with a university degree
• Experience in leading a mid sized team
• Project management experience
• Some years of banking- and work experience. Experience in the OTC derivatives area is an additional asset
• Stress resilient team player with a strong client focus who is used to work exact and independently
• Very good English language skills (both written and oral). German skills would clearly be an additional asset.
