The Quantitative Analysis Team within Product Control Zurich is looking for a
Team Head Quantitative Analysis (f/m)
We offer
- A challenging junior management position in Product Control, the financial guardian of Credit Suisse's Investment Banking trading activities
- The opportunity to manage and develop two Quantitative Analysts and take on the responsible for monthly independent price verification, i.e. revaluation of the trading portfolio with independent market data, and structured trade reviews
- Ensure compliance with the bank's valuation guidelines (model, valuation adjustments, trade type categorisation, fair value levelling,...)
- Involvement in (Front Office) IT projects for requirements regarding independent price verification and valuation
- Continuous improvement of current processes and tools
- Ad hoc valuation requests
- Dealing with a broad variety of products (Equity, Commodity, Fixed Income, FX, Alternative Investments)
- Close collaboration with other teams in Product Control, Front Office, Risk Management,... as well as with the global valuation and reporting units
You offer
- A university degree or an equivalent educational background, preferably major in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in quantitative finance, first management experience preferred
- Profound knowledge of pricing methodolgies for derivative instruments a must
- Good IT skills, particularly in Excel and Access, programming a plus
- Self-driven performance, flexibiltiy and team spirit, strong sense of ownership, good communication skills
- Fluent in English, good command of German an asset
