Our Desktop Engineering Team based in Zurich is currently looking for a
Team Lead Desktop Virtualisation Technology (f/m)
We offer
- Functional leadership of the designated team
- Planning, controlling and management pro-actively the engineering tasks / requests assigned to the team
- Deliver releases as defined in the release planning
- Primary technical contact for all products (components) owned by this team
- Leadership of major Virtualisation Technology initiatives from a Desktop Engineering point of view
- Responsibility of quality assurance, knowledge sharing and processes in the team
- Active participation in the management team of Desktop Engineering, and working closely with the product managers
You offer
- Solid educational background in Information Technology, ideally with a graduate degree
- Several years of experience in leading engineers
- In-depth experience with products from Citrix, VMWare, and Microsoft
- Practical experience in a Technology Infrastructure environment within a global organization
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Conceptual thinking and analytical skills
- Fluent English, German would be an asset (written / spoken)
