Team Leader Skill Refresher Program
We offer
- The lead of a small team responsible for the areas Private Clients Switzerland, Private Banking Switzerland, EMEA and Latin America.
- Responsibility to ensure and improve processes and standards for the evaluation and management of the "Skill - Refresher Program" of our Business School
- The opportunity to act as a trainer and assessor in the context of the front staff
- To manage challenging training projects for the front staff
- To be the point of contact for the frontline managers in the context of the "Skill Refresher Program"
You offer
- An appropriate education
- Professional experience in banking, preferably in Private Banking
- Experience in leadership
- Good knowledge of investment products
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Ability to judge, combined with a persuasive power
