Masters in Computer Science or Engineering and an advanced degree
3-5 years management experience with proven track record of running high performing environments in multiple technical or business domains
Prior management experience in Leadership positon, in a specific technology or in another field if a non-application or technical domain
Min 3+years of High experience in SAP BW
Oracle and Business Objects knowledge is a plus
Led teams, also in virtual environment
Customer, quality, cost and delivery focused
Excellent coordination and organizational skills
Responsible and reliable
Strong communication skills,
Inspiring and empowering leadership style.
Energy and drive to deliver through team
International mindset with clear goal orientation
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
Fluent English and German skills
Availability to travel when required
Appropriate global management experience in which the following occurred:
Managed peer-to-peer relationships with other parts of a Delivery Services organization
Managed the development of people in line with the strategy of the organization reporting to him/her
Demonstrated ability to deal with management issues (scope, time, cost, quality, risk, team).
Project Management experience (PMP or PMI Certification is a plus)
Set up delivery capabilities focusing on the customer's needs
Managed financial resources to meet goals
Cooperation across geographic boundaries
Has implemented high performance culture
Demonstrated customer orientation in a Delivery Services environment
