Test Manager and Teamleader (f/m)
We offer
- Senior Test Management/ Line Management role (9 team members)
- Role as the single point of contact for all test activities required to launch a release or a project into production
- Responsibility for delivery of all test activities and objects according to schedule, budget and quality requirements.
- Responsibility for test planning and cross team coordination and resource management
- Analysis of Business requirements to ensure appropriate test coverage
- Supporting role to Project Managers as Account Manger to support application deployment and testing.
- Supporting role to Test Unit Heads to improve test services and delivery of all test documentation and activities.

You offer
- Degree from university / university of applied sciences, appropriate training or professional experience
- Experience as a Test Manager, preferably in financial sector
- Practical experience with Quality Center or comparable test management tool
- SAQ (ISTQB) Certified Tester Foundation Level or Advanced Level beneficial
- Organization/coordination qualities and team spirit
- Analytical skills
- Client-focused mentality and demeanor
- Good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
