Trainer/Assessor (f(m)
We offer
- The responsibility to develop, plan and realize training activities for Private Banking front staff in cooperation with the respective program manager
- Assessment of front staff of the PB Division regarding knowledge and skills for a professional client interaction
- The chance to act as a trainer for different topics such as sales and acquisition as well as for certain functional areas
- The responsibility for the following control tasks:
- Observe quality of the certification process and the training delivery
- Make sure that all relevant data are accurately fed into our system to provide a professional program management
- The authorization to decide on failed/passed of candidates in the oral simulations, based on the guidelines of the Business School
You offer
- An apporpriate education
- Experience in banking, preferably Private Banking
- Good knowledge of investment products
- Experience in the area "learning & development" favorable
- Ability to judge, combined with a persuasive power
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in the area "learning & development" favorable
