Within our 'Application Support Treasury' team based in Zurich we are looking for a
Treasury 1st Level Support Analyst (f/m)
We offer

  • The responsibility to ensure that all live Treasury applications are supported according to the SLA
  • The task to deliver 1st-2nd Level support (including system testing, preparation and execution)
  • The collaboration with Application Service Managers for support matters
  • The opportunity to manage and deliver all 1st-2nd line Treasury application support either direct or via 3rd party
  • An ITIL frameworks (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc.)
  • The chance to cover aspects of project management, business analysis, incident root cause analysis, trend analysis and procedure reviews
  • Flexible working hours due to shift work (e.g. Friday off = long week-end

You offer

  • A university degree in IT/Finance or equivalent qualifications
  • Profound working experience in the role of a Supporter (ideally in the financial sector)
  • Solid exposure to supporting core applications with ITIL in a global environment
  • Willing to do shift work/on call duty
  • Experienced in Treasury support (FX/Commodities) for major investment banks
  • ITIL certificate/willing to deepen your knowledge in ITIL
  • Strong skills in Relational Data Base Management Systems including SQL (stored procedures, trigggers and other DB objects)
  • Ability to read/comprehend stored procedures and write ad-hoc queries
  • In-depth understanding of applications
  • Ambition and high motivation
  • Very good English skills (orally and in writing), German is a plus
