Investor Relations Assistant
Administrative and secretarial support for the Head of Investor Relations and the Investor Relations Officers
Organisation of travel arrangements, international meetings, conferences, scientific events and telephone conferences
Communication (written and verbal) with the financial community
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and its further processing
Handling of Investor Updates (financial Roche releases)
General secretarial tasks including the process of travel expense claims
Ordering all types of office supplies and updating client and corporate sustainability database
Qualifications: Apprenticeship
Experience: 3 years +
Languages: German : Speak Fluently
English : Speak / Write Fluently

You have a commercial diploma or equivalent and several years work experience in a similar role. You have excellent English and German communication skills (written and spoken) and good MS office skills. It is important in this position that you are able to prioritise and keep matters confidential. You also have good organisational skills. Knowledge of the banking/financial community would be an asset.
