Brand Manager
With an increasing importance / focus on some of the future brands of the company, a Commercial Brand Manager is required. Projects includes: Brand performance and competitive monitoring, development of commercial strategies centrally (pricing direction, portfolio management including line extension opportunities, objective setting/determining key predictive indicators) & with markets (distribution strategy, gross margin optimization, sourcing feasibility), identification of geographic expansion, evaluation of growth opportunities /risks, implementation of product/pack roll out. Position requires close contact with the markets in assisting their brand strategies.

Areas of Responsibility
1.Brand Performance and competitive tracking:
Central tracking of market performance and its reporting, analysis of brand performance (volume, financial and in-market performance) via monthly & quarterly performance updates, market plan evaluations, etc.
2.Portfolio Development:
To assist development of brands’ global and market portfolio development and product/pack line roll out. This includes:
- Competitive Monitoring
- Pricing (market/competitor monitoring and analysis)
- Portfolio / Product
- Key performance indicators identification (volume, share, financials, distribution, awareness, trial)
- Trademark follow up / Legal compliance
3.Growth opportunities:
To help build geographical expansion strategy via:
-identification of new market opportunities & assessment of proposed market expansion plans (thru research projects, market analysis, timings)
-providing feasibility support (i.e. identification of sourcing options, identification of best distribution strategy).
4.Special Projects:
To support / lead, when appropriate, line extension and product/pack enhancement projects
5.Market Liaison:
To aid and assist markets in developing and implementing brand strategies, via regular contact & market visits
6.To perform any other tasks given by the direct manager
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 5 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

Min. 5 years experience in Marketing
Fluent English, PC user (excellent knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point)
